As the office manager at Prestige Periodontal & Implant Center and Dental Healing Arts, my job is to oversee the office operations. I am committed to making sure every experience our patients and their families have here is a positive one. I joined Prestige Periodontal & Implant Center in 2013 and have over 25 years of experience in the dental field. In fact, I’m cross-trained and feel confident in both the front and back office. I started as the primary EFDA and have since transitioned to the front office. I enjoy building relationships with our patients and learning about what’s important to them.
My goal here is to incorporate the wealth of knowledge and customer service that I have acquired over the years, while supporting my teammates to ensure we deliver a positive and five star experience.
My family is my inspiration and motivation each and every day. So, when I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling!
My name is Kim Spooner, I am a native of Colorado and recently moved to Florida. My expertise is patient hospitality, treatment planning, explaining, and coordinating the process of your dental care. It warms my heart that I get to work with wonderful doctors and a great host of the team who strives on providing the best customer service and care possible.
We are a very family-oriented and holistic practice, and we help all to maintain their health based on nature. I really appreciate the attentive care our doctors and team strive to provide, as individuals and collectively, to each patient. I also love the ocean and enjoy spending time with friends and family.
Hi! My name is Monica and I am a 41-year-old mom of three fully grown kids. I am from Honduras and have been living in the U.S. for almost 20 years. My background is industrial engineering, yet my passion is in healthcare. I truly enjoy helping those that are in dire need to get well again. I was born in Cuba and came to the U.S in 2012. After completing an extensive Dental Assistant program in Miami, I obtained a license in Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary. I have been working with Dr. Fotek for few years and assisted in an array of advanced procedures. Learning is my passion therefore I had additional training in Laser treatments, Ozone, dental scanners, and all aspects of biologic, periodontal as well as general dentistry. My gentle touch and warm personality comforts all my patients and helps them with their dental fears. Serving patients and being able to interact on the clinical side is a rewarding experience. I love being a part of a holistic office and helping patients understand the connection of the mouth with the rest of the body. Our team is full of diverse and enjoyable personalities. Everyone works as hard as they can to create an organized, enjoyable, and welcoming workplace. When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
